 Best tips What should i do to lead a healthy life ? 

For example, how to lose weight, what is the right diet for me? All these questions were on my mind ever since i started working out on a regular basis. According to my friend, here are some really good tips that i found very useful.


PROBLEM:


i want to be healthy but i have a job where i’m sitting at the same place all day long! i have no time to exercise but i also don’t want to go on a crash diet. Should i join a gym? Should i take my boyfriend on a weight lifting training?


GOOD ADVICE:


I used to work in a place like that and i think this is a really good example of how to lead a healthy life! There are two scenarios in my case:


WORK SITUATION:


if your work schedule is 9 to 5 then you have to do cardio every morning from 6 to 7 or 7:30 – 8:30. no exceptions. If you work 8 hours a day then you have to do cardio at least 6 days per week, not the two you are supposed to do cardio.


METABOLISM:


and, most importantly,

if you are a fat person, you need to change your diet to burn more fat. You don’t need to diet, just change the things you eat in order to burn more calories. Just eating carbs is very bad for you (never ever eat potatoes, be it spuds, breads or rice)!


CONCLUSION


Taking on a cardio (aerobic) workout is great way of building your fitness level and strength. Don’t forget to eat right and balance your diet, use weights or resistance training when needed. It’s very hard to go on a strict diet, just look at what some athletes, including my boyfriend, do and get the right idea of eating right.
